Over the next 21 years, Seikei-en expands and gradually develops into a
group of schools consisting of an elementary school, a boys' high school, a
girls' high school, and a technical training school. |

| The High School for boys becomes a seven-year high school in 1925. |

Seikei-Daigaku (Seikei University), a co-educational university with Faculty
of Political Science and Economics, established. |

Faculty of Engineering established. |

Graduate School of Engineering with Master of Engineering program

Faculty of Political Science and Economics reorganized into Faculties of
Economics and Law.
Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering program added to Graduate School of
Engineering curriculum (Most fields of the four Faculties now include
graduate programs). |

Center for Asian and Pacific Studies established.
Undergraduate classes opened to the citizens of Musashino City as part of an
adult education program in cooperation with the Musashino City government.
