成蹊学園ダイバーシティ&インクルージョン推進宣言
成蹊学園は、小学校、中学校、高等学校、大学、大学院を有する総合学園として、創立者中村春二が目指した教育理念である自発的精神の涵養と個性の発見伸長を育む、独自の人間教育を100年以上にわたり継続してまいりました。
グローバル化が進み、複雑で多様化した現代社会において、社会の発展に貢献する人材を育成する上では、誰もがその尊厳と多様な価値観や生き方を尊重され、各自の個性と能力を十分に発揮できる環境が必要です。
成蹊学園は、建学の精神の一つ「個性の尊重」を具現化するために、今ここに改めて、お互いがその違いを尊重し合い、さまざまな属性や背景をもつ児童・生徒・学生・教職員を包摂し、すべての構成員が活躍できる環境づくりをいっそう推進することを宣言します。
すべての構成員がそれぞれの立場や違いを認識し、互いに尊厳を守り合うことによって、本学園の一員として「桃李の人」である誇りを感じられる組織となるよう取組を進めてまいります。
基本方針

成蹊学園は、学園内のあらゆる場面において、人種、民族、国籍、性別、性的指向、性自認、年齢、言語、宗教、信条、出身、障がいなどに関わらず、すべての構成員が平等に扱われる環境の実現を目指します。
２.インクルージョン（包摂性）の実現
成蹊学園は、さまざまな属性や背景をもつ児童・生徒・学生・教職員を包摂し、お互いがその違いを尊重し合い、各自の個性と能力を発揮し活躍できる環境の実現を目指します。学園内のあらゆる場面において、属性や背景を理由に不当に排除されることなく、所属感や一体感を醸成する組織づくりを推進します。

Seikei Gakuen's Declaration on Promoting Diversity & Inclusion
Seikei Gakuen, a comprehensive educational institution with elementary, junior high, and high schools, university, and graduate school, has continued its unique human education for over 100 years, cultivating the spirit of initiative and fostering the discovery and development of individuality, which was the educational philosophy of its founder, Haruji Nakamura.
In order to develop human resources who can contribute to the development of society in today's globalized, complex, and diverse world, it is necessary to ensure an environment where everyone is respected for their dignity and diverse values and ways of life, and where they can fully demonstrate their individuality and abilities.
In order to realize one of our founding principles, "Respect for Individuality," Seikei Gakuen hereby declares once again that we will further promote the creation of an environment where all members can play an active role, respecting each other's differences and including children, students, faculty and staff with various attributes and backgrounds.
By recognizing the positions and differences of all members and by protecting each other's dignity, we will make efforts to be an organization where we can feel proud to be "Tou-ri no hito" (meaning a virtuous person who naturally attracts others) as a member of our school.
Basic Policy
1. Respect for Diversity
Seikei Gakuen aims to realize an environment where all members are treated equally, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, language, religion, creed, origin, disability, etc., in all aspects of the school.
2. Realization of Inclusion
Seikei Gakuen aims to realize an environment where students, faculty, staff, and students with diverse backgrounds and attributes are included, where they respect each other's differences, and where they can demonstrate their individuality and abilities and play an active role. We will promote the development of an organization which fosters a sense of belonging and togetherness in all aspects of the school, without unfairly excluding people because of their attributes or background.
