デボラ・ジョーダン・ブルックス氏：ダートマス大学准教授
Deborah Jordan Brooks : Associate Professor of Government Dartmouth College
ダートマス大学（米国）政治学准教授。女性、政治、メディアを専門に研究教育に携わり、女性のエンパワーメント、世論、政治広告を研究している。著書にHe Runs, She Runs（プリンストン大学出版）があり、American Journal of Political Science、Journal of Politics、Public Opinion Quarterly 等の国際学術誌に論文を発表している。
Deborah Jordan Brooks is an Associate Professor of Government at Dartmouth College. She previously worked as a Senior Research Director at the Gallup Organization. She is the author of He Runs, She Runs: Why Gender Stereotypes Do Not Harm Women Candidates (Princeton) which won the American Political Science Association's 2014 Victoria Schuck Award and the 2014 David O. Sears Book Award from the International Society of Political Psychology. She has also published articles in many top political science journals. She received her Ph.D. in Political Science with Distinction from Yale University, where her dissertation received the Carl Albert Award for best dissertation in legislative studies. Professor Brooks and her husband have two daughters who are currently studying in American universities, and she is particularly fascinated by how their generation in the U.S. as well as their counterparts in Asia and around the world will navigate the gender norms left to them by previous generations.
