取付依頼にあたり第1次選考合格者が大学へ提出すべき書類（PDF）は以下の通りです。
Please submit copies of the following documents certified by the Japanese diplomatic mission.

    Application Form
  • 専攻分野及び研究計画
    Field of Study and Research Plan
  • 最終出身大学の成績証明書
    Certified academic transcript for each academic year
  • 最終出身大学の卒業証明書又は学位取得証明書
    Graduation diploma or degree certificate of the last university attended
  • 在籍大学若しくは最終出身大学の長又は担任教員の推薦状
    Recommendation letter from the president/dean or the advisor of the last university attended or the university currently attending
  • 健康診断書
    Health Certificate
  • 学位論文概要等（※在外公館へ提出している場合のみ）
    Abstracts of theses (only if submitted to the diplomatic mission)
  • 言語能力証明書（※在外公館へ提出している場合のみ）
    Certificate of language proficiency (only if submitted to the diplomatic mission)
  • 勤務先上司の推薦状（※在外公館へ提出している場合のみ）
    Recommendation letter from the present employer (only if submitted to the diplomatic mission)
  • 在外公館から発行される第一次選考合格証明書（写し）
    Copy of the First Screening Passing Certificate issued by the diplomatic mission
